Hall Engineering Associates provided design services for this 25-lot exclusive subdivision, including street, sewer, water, storm drainage, and street lighting to meet the City of Richland standards. Stormwater disposal included design of an interceptor pipeline to carry runoff directly from a large adjacent canyon to a large retention pond and a culvert beneath a large irrigation siphon.
