Hall Engineering Associates provided planning public hearing assistance, and design services for this 7 acre park and parking lot project.  We prepared 5 conceptual alternatives for development with input from concerned neighbors.  The alternatives were then narrowed to one which was accepted for development by the Parks Board and City Council.

We prepared construction plans and specifications for the irrigation system, parking lots, drainage, street improvements, landscaping, playground equipment, tennis courts, lighting, and utilities.  The irrigation system design included the modification of an existing system maintained by the Kennewick School District and making the two systems compatible.  The parking lots were designed in a manner to ensure that any headlights would be pointed down when in the direction of adjacent residences to minimize nuisance light crossing the property line.
