Mr. Hall provided conceptual design, permitting, final design, and construc­tion management for the boat project involving a launching ramp, parking lot, and access road.  The ramp launches directly into the Columbia River approxi­mately four miles east of Kennewick.  Funding for the project was from Benton County, the Corps of Engineers, and IAC.  Mr. Hall also provided a public relations program for the project by contact­ing neighboring residents to address their concerns in the design.  The project also involved an archaeo­logical survey of the site and a hydrau­lic cross-section at the site to determine in-river structures required to alleviate cross-current velocities.
